How buying works
One coordinated checkout, with each item bought from its real seller.
1. Design your home
Choose a design and the furniture you like. Every item shows which company sells it.
2. Check out once
At checkout you see each seller's legal name, registration number, warranty and returns terms. You agree to each seller's terms and pay once, in full or as a deposit.
Brick Vision collects your payment as payment agent on behalf of each seller. Each seller is responsible for its own products or services, invoice, delivery, warranty, defects and refunds.
3. Sellers confirm, invoice and deliver
Each furniture supplier confirms your order, issues its own invoice (which you can download from your order page) and arranges delivery. If you paid a deposit, Brick Vision will ask for the balance before delivery.
4. Renovation is quoted separately
Renovation is not charged today. The contractor will contact you, issue its own quotation and contract, and invoice you directly.
Who to contact
- Product, delivery, warranty or refund: the seller shown on your order.
- Renovation quotation or works: the renovation contractor.
- Your design, payments or anything else: Brick Vision.
Brick Vision receives an agreed referral fee from each seller. This fee is not added to your price.
