Brick Vision platform terms

1. What Brick Vision does

Brick Vision provides an online design service that lets you visualise renovation and furniture for your home, and a coordinated checkout for buying the items shown in your design.

Brick Vision is a design and referral platform. Furniture and renovation services are sold by the independent sellers named below, not by Brick Vision.

2. Who you contract with

• Each furniture supplier named at checkout is the seller of the items listed under its name. Your contract of sale for those items is with that supplier.
• The renovation contractor named at checkout will issue its own quotation and contract. Any renovation contract is between you and the contractor only.
• The legal name and registration number of each seller are shown before you pay, on your order page and in your confirmation email.

3. Payments

Brick Vision collects your payment as payment agent on behalf of each seller. Each seller is responsible for its own products or services, invoice, delivery, warranty, defects and refunds.

• Brick Vision receives payments for furniture on behalf of the sellers and passes them on to each seller after delivery. Payment to Brick Vision as agent counts as payment to the seller.
• If you pay a deposit, the balance for your furniture is collected by Brick Vision, as agent, before delivery.
• Brick Vision issues a payment receipt as agent. It is not a tax invoice. Each seller issues its own invoice to you.
• Renovation is not charged today. The contractor will contact you, issue its own quotation and contract, and invoice you directly.
• Where checkout shows a renovation deposit, that deposit is the only renovation amount charged at checkout. Brick Vision collects it as payment agent for the contractor and it is credited towards the contractor's contract.

4. Delivery, defects, warranties and refunds

Each seller is responsible for delivering, installing (where applicable) and supporting what it sells, including defects, warranties, returns and refunds, under its own terms of sale and the law. Contact the seller directly using the details on your order page. Brick Vision will help coordinate where it can.

If an order is cancelled before Brick Vision has passed the payment to the seller, Brick Vision will refund the amount it holds on the seller's instruction. After that, refunds are made by the seller.

5. Referral fees

Brick Vision receives an agreed referral fee from each seller. This fee is not added to your price.

6. Designs and images

Design images are illustrations generated to help you visualise options. Actual products, finishes and dimensions are as described by each seller.
